PLEASE READ THIS END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING CHUNKSFORGE ("SOFTWARE"). BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, ChunksForge ("Licensor") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to install and use the Software on one (1) primary hardware device owned or controlled by you.

2. LICENSE ACTIVATION & HARDWARE FINGERPRINT

• Your license is bound to your registered email address and a unique Hardware Fingerprint (SHA-256 hash derived from system components).
• One (1) license authorizes installation on one (1) single machine at any given time.
• Transferring a license to a new computer requires contacting support at desarrolloindependiente@outlook.com. License transfer requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to approval or rejection at the Licensor's sole discretion.

3. OWNERSHIP & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• SOFTWARE OWNERSHIP: The Software, user interface, brand assets, default code, and underlying algorithms are the exclusive property of ChunksForge.
• USER CONTENT & COMMERCIAL USE: You retain full, exclusive ownership of all maps and images generated and exported using the Software. You are granted a royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, distribute, and commercially sell any map artwork created with ChunksForge without paying additional fees or royalties. While crediting ChunksForge is greatly appreciated, it is not legally mandatory.

4. RESTRICTIONS

You shall not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
• Bypass, modify, or tamper with the Hardware Fingerprint license verification system.
• Rent, lease, sublicense, resell, or distribute the Software to third parties.

5. REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the digital and executable nature of the Software, no refunds, returns, or chargebacks will be issued once the purchase is completed and the license key/activation process is initiated.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED. IN NO EVENT SHALL CHUNKSFORGE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SOFTWARE.

7. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

The Licensor reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will take effect upon deployment in subsequent software updates. Users will be notified of material changes within the application or via email.

LEE DETENIDAMENTE ESTE ACUERDO DE LICENCIA DE USUARIO FINAL ("ACUERDO") ANTES DE DESCARGAR, INSTALAR O USAR CHUNKSFORGE ("SOFTWARE"). AL DESCARGAR, INSTALAR O USAR EL SOFTWARE, ACEPTAS QUEDAR OBLIGADO POR LOS TÉRMINOS DE ESTE ACUERDO.

1. CONCESIÓN DE LICENCIA

Sujeto a los términos de este Acuerdo, ChunksForge ("Licenciante") te concede una licencia no exclusiva, intransferible y de un solo usuario para instalar y usar el Software en un (1) dispositivo de hardware principal de tu propiedad o bajo tu control.

2. ACTIVACIÓN DE LA LICENCIA Y HUELLA DE HARDWARE

• Tu licencia está vinculada a tu dirección de correo electrónico registrada y a una Huella de Hardware única (hash SHA-256 derivado de componentes del sistema).
• Una (1) licencia autoriza la instalación en un (1) único equipo en cualquier momento dado.
• Transferir una licencia a un equipo nuevo requiere contactar con soporte en desarrolloindependiente@outlook.com. Las solicitudes de transferencia de licencia se evalúan caso por caso y pueden ser aprobadas o rechazadas a la entera discreción del Licenciante.

3. PROPIEDAD Y PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL

• PROPIEDAD DEL SOFTWARE: El Software, la interfaz de usuario, los recursos de marca, el código predeterminado y los algoritmos subyacentes son propiedad exclusiva de ChunksForge.
• CONTENIDO DEL USUARIO Y USO COMERCIAL: Conservas la propiedad plena y exclusiva de todos los mapas e imágenes generados y exportados con el Software. Se te concede una licencia perpetua y libre de regalías para usar, modificar, distribuir y vender comercialmente cualquier obra de mapas creada con ChunksForge, sin pagar tarifas ni regalías adicionales. Aunque se agradece mucho que menciones a ChunksForge, no es obligatorio legalmente.

4. RESTRICCIONES

No podrás:

• Aplicar ingeniería inversa, descompilar, desensamblar ni intentar obtener el código fuente del Software.
• Eludir, modificar ni manipular el sistema de verificación de licencia por Huella de Hardware.
• Alquilar, arrendar, sublicenciar, revender ni distribuir el Software a terceros.

5. POLÍTICA DE REEMBOLSOS

TODAS LAS VENTAS SON DEFINITIVAS. Debido a la naturaleza digital y ejecutable del Software, no se emitirán reembolsos, devoluciones ni contracargos una vez completada la compra e iniciado el proceso de clave de licencia/activación.

6. EXENCIÓN DE GARANTÍA Y LIMITACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD

EL SOFTWARE SE PROPORCIONA "TAL CUAL", SIN GARANTÍA DE NINGÚN TIPO, EXPRESA O IMPLÍCITA. EL LICENCIANTE NO GARANTIZA QUE EL SOFTWARE ESTÉ LIBRE DE ERRORES NI QUE FUNCIONE SIN INTERRUPCIONES. EN NINGÚN CASO CHUNKSFORGE SERÁ RESPONSABLE DE DAÑOS INDIRECTOS, INCIDENTALES O CONSECUENTES DERIVADOS DEL USO O DE LA IMPOSIBILIDAD DE USAR ESTE SOFTWARE.

7. MODIFICACIONES DE LOS TÉRMINOS

El Licenciante se reserva el derecho de modificar estos términos en cualquier momento. Los términos actualizados entrarán en vigor al implementarse en las siguientes actualizaciones del software. Se notificarán a los usuarios los cambios importantes dentro de la aplicación o por correo electrónico.
