1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We adhere to a strict data minimization principle:

• Registered Email Address: Used to verify purchase and license validity.
• Hardware Fingerprint: An anonymized cryptographic hash (SHA-256) generated from system component identifiers (CPU/Motherboard/Disk) to enforce single-device licensing.
• IP Address: Temporarily logged during activation requests for security and rate-limiting purposes.

2. TELEMETRY & USAGE DATA

ChunksForge DOES NOT collect, transmit, or monitor telemetry, software usage statistics, or user activity logs while you are designing or exporting maps offline.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Payment processing and merchant transactions are handled entirely by our authorized Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy (and its underlying financial infrastructure). We do not store or process your financial card details.

4. DATA SECURITY & RETENTION

Your email and associated Hardware Fingerprint hash are stored securely in our relational licensing database strictly to facilitate software activation and prevent unauthorized distribution.

5. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy periodically to reflect software enhancements. Users will be notified of substantial policy adjustments via software update release notes or direct communications.

2. TELEMETRÍA Y DATOS DE USO

ChunksForge NO recopila, transmite ni supervisa telemetría, estadísticas de uso del software ni registros de actividad del usuario mientras diseñas o exportas mapas sin conexión.

3. SERVICIOS DE TERCEROS

El procesamiento de pagos y las transacciones comerciales los gestiona íntegramente nuestro vendedor oficial autorizado (Merchant of Record), Lemon Squeezy (y su infraestructura financiera subyacente). No almacenamos ni procesamos los datos de tu tarjeta.

4. SEGURIDAD Y CONSERVACIÓN DE LOS DATOS

Tu correo electrónico y el hash de la Huella de Hardware asociado se almacenan de forma segura en nuestra base de datos relacional de licencias, exclusivamente para facilitar la activación del software y evitar la distribución no autorizada.

5. ACTUALIZACIONES DE ESTA POLÍTICA

Podemos actualizar esta política periódicamente para reflejar mejoras del software. Se notificarán a los usuarios los ajustes importantes de la política mediante las notas de las actualizaciones del software o comunicaciones directas.
